In response to customer requests for simplification of construction and reduction of construction time, Dai Nippon Toryo has developed a coating-type substrate adjustment reducer that can reduce the conventional physical substrate adjustment methods for various structures. This product is not classified as a primer or undercoat, but instead transforms the physical substrate adjustment method into a coating type. By using "Rust Shut," costs can be reduced by approximately 52% compared to the conventional two types of scraping, and construction time can be shortened to about one-fourth of the conventional time, without the need for skilled workers. The composition is a combination of high boiling point solvents and defoaming agents. The recommended addition amount is 0.3-3% as an additive relative to the total formulation.

"BYKETOL-WA" is a silicone-free surface modifier that prevents surface defects such as water-based paint edge, pinholes, bubbles, orange peel, and crawling, while improving leveling properties. Separation or cloudiness may occur at temperatures below 5°C. Please warm it up to 20°C and stir thoroughly. This additive should be added to the mill base.
