In response to customer requests for simplification of construction and reduction of construction time, Dai Nippon Toryo has developed a coating-type substrate adjustment reducer that can reduce the conventional physical substrate adjustment methods for various structures. This product is not classified as a primer or undercoat, but instead transforms the physical substrate adjustment method into a coating type. By using "Rust Shut," costs can be reduced by approximately 52% compared to the conventional two types of scraping, and construction time can be shortened to about one-fourth of the conventional time, without the need for skilled workers. Glucono delta-lactone (GDL) is a food additive derived from sugar that gradually transforms into gluconic acid when dissolved in water. This property allows it to slowly lower the pH of food. Compared to other organic acids, it has a milder sourness and has less impact on the flavor of food. In tofu production, GDL takes advantage of its gradual transformation into gluconic acid to gently coagulate proteins. Therefore, it is widely used as a coagulant suitable for producing smooth and uniform silken tofu. It can also be utilized as an acid source for leavening agents, a souring agent, and a pH regulator. Since there are no established usage standards, a wide range of applications in food is expected. We handle a "pH adjuster" for dampening water. The capability of general acidic dampening solutions is designed to react within a weakly acidic range (pH 4-6), but depending on water quality and the type of ink (UV ink), it can occasionally exceed this range (pH 4-6) shortly after printing begins. While this can be addressed with dampening solutions, it cannot cover all cases.
